Engineered for Difficult Chemistry
Gas-phase, corrosion-intensive, and sulfur-based chemistry demands infrastructure most process lines aren’t built for. As a CDMO built specifically for this category, Cerigo doesn’t retrofit general infrastructure for hazardous chemistry. The platform is built around it from the start.

A Structured Pathway to Commercial Manufacture
Development projects built on hazardous or sulfur-based chemistry often stall at the handoffs: between feasibility and scale-up, or between development and regulatory sign-off. Cerigo runs all four phases as one continuous pathway, so a project isn’t waiting between stages it doesn’t need to wait between.
Synthetic routes surveyed and analytical methods developed, with cost and scale modelled on process data, not assumption.
Gram-scale work validated before pilot, with impurity, effluent and hazard planning worked to the chemistry’s own timeline.
Regulatory alignment and customer qualification run alongside development, so plant design and CAPEX are already underway.
Capacity reserved for the project, an IP structure built around it, and supply terms agreed directly between us.

System development and validation aligned to real application environments, formulation across aqueous and solvent-based systems, and solubilisation strategies for hydrophobic or multi-active systems. This extends to support for mitigating future hazard classification risk, and helping transition legacy actives to compliant alternatives as regulations evolve.
Data generation under GLP and Non-GLP protocols, including 5-batch analysis, physical and chemical properties, acute toxicity, and storage stability, aligned to OECD guidelines for submissions such as ECHA and USEPA. This is backed by impurity profiling, preparation of analytical standards, and structured data packages ready for submission.

Compliance Systems
ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and an EcoVadis assessment currently in progress.
A defined QMS, SOP-driven processes, and validated methods, with batch traceability that holds up to audit rather than just inspection.
Hazard identification and risk assessment built into the process itself, backed by gas handling, scrubbing, and corrosion-resistant infrastructure.
Effluent segregation for optimised treatment, with treatment planning built into the development phase from the outset.
Every project starts with a different question: how much control you want, how predictable the cost needs to be, or how much you’re bringing yourself. Custom synthesis usually answers that the same way regardless of the question: IP stays with the manufacturer, and pricing is opaque. Cerigo answers it differently every time. Process IP returns to you as principal, and pricing is built to be transparent, not guessed at.
